  I've done sub work for adm several times, and all times, Doris has had all plans laid out, with materials readily available for me, so all I have to do is show up look at details and get to work! Even if I feel sumthing should be done another way, they'll listen and go with. Never any issues with payments. And from what I've seen all clients love this company, not sure where the negative comments come from. But every job has its issues and things don't always run smoothly.   Had the please of having ADM Access send over Jeff to help us troubleshoot and repair our Bruno Chair Lift.  He was quick, courteous and very knowledge. We called many companies in the GTA and most if not all were telling us to scrap the chair and get a new one. Or their prices for just to come look were so far out that we were ready to give up.  Others insisted on cash only, no invoice and thus no warrantee on work.  Some made us understand that payment of cash was upfront and then look at the unit.  If they didn't feel warranted then they would refuse the job and still got paid.

Jeff was in and out in a couple of hours, went to track down a needed part on a Saturday and was back and had it up and running in no time.  Plus moved one chair from one rail to the other which is heavy and no fun.  But he did it and I'm glad I spoke to the owner and found out other services they provide that I was unaware of.  Its nice to deal with a company that listens when you speak to them instead of just seeing money.

  I met Doris over 6 years ago and to be honest she is the only manager I would and gladly bend over backwards for . She is an amazing person inside and out who truly cares for her employees .
